Hi everyone! Sometimes I really struggle with masculine cards, so when a company like Waffle Flower releases such awesome products as their Reel In Dies and Fishing Puns stamps, they go straight into my shopping cart. Of course, these can be used for anyone who likes to fish, but it is definitely handy when you know a fisherman or two.
There is actually very little stamping on this card – just the sentiment. The rest of the card was made using the Reel In Dies. It was super simple to make. The hardest part was working out which colours of cardstock to use and which patterned paper to choose for the background. I used a retired Stampin’ Up!® paper from the Let’s Go Fishing Designer Series Paper pack.
Here’s the card…
I am not really used to making cards using only dies, but they do look effective, don’t they? Do you like making cards using only dies, or do you prefer to use stamps as the main focus?
Hope you have a wonderful day! Thanks so much for stopping by!
