Hi everyone, today I’m sharing another card featuring the To A Wild Rose stamp set. As I tend to use brighter colours I thought I would try something quite different for me. For this card, I used Black, Rococo Rose and Mint Macaron. Don’t you think this is a really pretty colour combination?
It was so easy to create this card and surprisingly quite quick to make as well. I stamped the line stamp of the rose then masked them so I could stamp the line stamp of the leaves. While the mask was still in place, I added the colour to the leaves with the solid stamps. Next step was to remove the masks and add colour to the roses. I then added this panel to a Mint Macaron card base which I had added texture to with the Subtle Embossing Folder.
To create the multicoloured sentiment, I used the FABULOUS Stamparatus! Gosh, I love this tool! It makes it so easy to do so many different things. I simply added the sentiment stamp to the Stamparatus and inked it up with the Mint Macaron ink. I positioned my cardstock in the Stamparatus and held it in place with the magnets supplied. I stamped the sentiment, cleaned the stamp and then partially reinked the stamp with Memento Tuxedo Black. I then stamped the sentiment again. So easy!
Here’s the Card…
Isn’t the Mint Macaron ribbon super pretty? I think it was a lovely finishing touch to this very pretty card.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Hope you have a great day!
