Hi everyone, sometimes life gets super busy and it is hard to be as creative as you might like. In times like this, I might turn to the Stampin’ Up! catalogue for inspiration, and sometimes I just flat out CASE a card. (CASE means Copy And Share Everything). You can copy the card faithfully or try and change it up a bit. For today’s card, I have copied the card quite faithfully from the catalogue.
The main feature of the card is a gorgeous piece of patterned paper from the Peaceful Poppies Designer Series Paper. The beauty of this particular printed design is that you can cut the paper into 6 pieces and you will end up with 6 beautiful, really easy to make, cards.
Do you love the look of the multi-coloured sentiment? I used the Stamparatus to create it. I’m all for making things simple so I usually ink up my stamp in the lighter colour first. Stamp the image. Then I clean the stamp (and make sure it is clean AND dry) and ink up the words I want in a darker shade. I then stamp again. This makes the process so much faster when you have a very dark ink going over the top,
Here’s the card…
Isn’t the paper gorgeous? I really love this whole suite.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Hope you have a great day!
