Hi everyone! Today I’m sharing a set of eight cards, all created using the same stamps and the same basic design. If you’ve ever needed to make multiple cards at once (or just wanted to get more from your supplies), this is such a fun and satisfying way to do it.
Keeping the Design Simple
For this set, I kept things very consistent:
- The same layout for every card
- The same stamp sets
- The same general colour palette
The only real differences come from the patterned papers and some very small variations in placement. This helps each card feel slightly different without needing to completely rethink the design every time. And, let’s be real, most cards go to different people, so even if they are very similar, most people wouldn’t know!
Why Make Cards in Batches?
Batch creating like this has so many benefits:
- It saves time (no starting from scratch each time!)
- It uses up your patterned paper stash – no more hoarding!
- It’s perfect for building up a stash of ready-to-go cards
- If you are in the mood to create, you can just keep going. It becomes almost like working with a kit.
Small Changes that Make a Difference
Even though these cards are very similar, a few little tweaks can help keep things interesting for you while you create:
- Switching out patterned paper (especially when most patterned paper backs only come with up to 4 of the same design).
- Slightly changing sentiment placement
- Adjusting colours or embellishments
Here are the cards…

If you’ve been feeling a bit stuck, I highly recommend trying this approach. Choose a layout you love and just run with it—you might be surprised how many cards you can create in one session. While I created multiples with only a few changes, you could easily change the orientation, the number of critters, colours, and sentiments. Do whatever you feel like! I know I’ll definitely be using this idea again!
Thanks so much for stopping by today. Hope you all have an amazing day!
