Hi everyone! I cannot stop creating with the Lawn Fawn Yappy Birthday and Yappy Birthday Add-On stamp sets. They are so cute! The last time I used these sets, I created a lot of extra pieces (you can see the previous cards here), so I decided to use some of them up and make another card—just with a slightly different look.
This time, I skipped patterned paper and stuck with dies instead. I used the Stitched Hillside Backdrop: Landscape (from Lawn Fawn) to create the grassy layers, and also added a few die-cut clouds to build the scene.
The rest of the card came together with all those previously coloured images. They were perfect for creating a fun little party scene with the dogs. I added some soft ink blending for the background and kept the colours fairly simple, so everything worked together.
Here’s the card…
I really like how this card turned out. Despite having the same basic design and elements, it has a different feel from my last card. Of course, these stamps are so darling, and I could just make, and probably will make, card after card.
Do you make or remake some of your previous cards, but switch up some of the details? Let me know in the comments below.
Hope you have a wonderful day! Thanks so much for stopping by!
