Hi everyone, today I am sharing one of my new favourite card designs. It’s so simple but looks so effective! If you are a newsletter subscriber, you’ve already had a sneak peek at this card. I’ve created it using the Whale of a Time Designer Series Paper and the Whale Done Stamp set. I love pretty much everything about the Whale of a Time suite. The colours look amazing together, for starters, let alone the beautiful imagery!
Here’s the card…
If you are interested in making a card like this, it is so simple. You will need to cut three strips of patterned paper at 7.5 x 4cm each. These are attached to a panel which is 8cm x 13cm in size. Once you’ve done this step, attach the panel to your card base with either Seal or Stampin’ Dimensionals. All that is left is to finish off the card. You could leave it with just a sentiment or add a few extra details as I have done here.
To mix things up, you could also change the orientation so that the card is in portrait mode. It looks so good too! These cards are SO easy to make. You could easily make a heap in very little time. I hope you have fun!
If you need to stock up on some Designer Series Paper so you can create fantastic cards like this, then you will love the fact that the Designer Series Paper sale is still going on! If you have been thinking about ordering paper but have thought you have plenty of time, time is now running out. The sale ends at 11.50 pm tonight!
Here are the rest of the papers on sale…
So, now is most definitely the time to stock up on your Designer Series Paper (especially the designs you might use for your Christmas cards this year). Just a reminder, the sale ends at 11.50 pm tonight!
Thanks so much for stopping by! Hope you have a great day!
