Hi everyone, one of the best places to go for inspiration is the Stampin’ Up! Catalogue. It is filled with so many fabulous ideas and every now and again, I have to CASE (Copy And Share Everything) one of the designs. I’ve been crafting with the Celebrate Sunflowers set a bit lately and the catalogue showed a really pretty card which was simply coloured with pencils. I loved the look and it really didn’t take very long to replicate it.
Simply stamp the large sunflowers from the Celebrate Sunflowers stamp set with Sahara Sand ink on a panel of Crumb Cake cardstock. Then colour the image with the White and Daffodil Delight Watercolour Pencils. You could also add a little bit of Early Espresso to the centre of the sunflowers.
Here’s the card…
I rarely remember to use my pencils and yet they are so fun to use. I’m going to make sure I use them more often. I hope you’ll pick up a colouring medium that you haven’t used for a while and give it another go.
Thanks so much for stopping by! Hope you have a great day!
