Hi everyone, today I am sharing a simple card featuring the Perfectly Pencilled Designer Series Paper. The floral image in this paper is one of my favourite designs and I love colouring it with Stampin’ Blends. I was attempting to create a rather clean and simple look with this card. Do you think I succeeded?
I started by colouring the floral image from the Perfectly Pencilled Designer Series Paper with Granny Apple Green, Daffodil Delight and Flirty Flaming Stampin’ Blends. Next, I fussy cut the image out with Paper Snips.
My next step was to create a card base from Flirty Flamingo cardstock. I layered some Basic Black and Basic White cardstock on top before adding my floral image with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
For the sentiment, I stamped the ‘Thank You’ from the Charming Sentiments stamp set in Memento Tuxedo Black on Basic White cardstock and then die cut it out using the Sentiment Silhouettes dies. This was then added to the card.
For the final touch, I added a few of the Iridescent Pearls – I love these. They are so pretty!
