Hi everyone, the beautiful Sale-A-Bration stamp set Stylish Sketches is the focus of today’s card. I love all the gorgeous sketched images but couldn’t wait to use the Fox stamp. It’s beautiful!
I started by stamping the fox image from the Stylish Sketches stamp set and colouring it with Stampin’ Blends. This was then die cut using the Stitched Rectangle dies. I then decided to pair the image with papers from the He’s the Man Designer Series Paper pack. I layered one piece on an Early Espresso card base. Some of the other designs I cut into strips and then layered them on the card. To add a little more interest, I then added a length of the Natural Finish Ribbon which I frayed at the ends.
The main image was then popped up on the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I decided to add some Wink of Stella to the fox at this stage.
The card needed a sentiment and I chose the ‘Hey, There!’ from the Charming Sentiments stamp set. I love that it comes with the coordinating Sentiment Silhouettes die set so you can easily cut out the shadow effect. I stamped the sentiment in Versamark and then white heat-embossed it, before die-cutting it out. This was then adhered to the card.
I finished the card with a few of the Rustic Metallic Adhesive-Backed Dots. I love these! So lovely!
