Hi everyone, the card I am sharing today is quite different for me because…I haven’t done any stamping at all! It’s all made from the beautiful papers in the Trimming the Town Designer Series Paper (which is on sale for 15% off this month – yay!). If you are thinking to yourself, ah, but Kylie, I don’t like fussy cutting! Don’t stress! Some of the designs on the papers are sized to coordinate perfectly with the Home Together dies!
This is actually a really simple card and took very little time to put together. If you are a keen observer you might also realise that the house is pieced together from two different houses. I was trying to maximise my use of the paper and the first house cut off some of the chimney. The second house was missing the lower part of the house. I die cut them both and pieced them together! Easy peasy!
Here’s the card…
I think it is such a sweet card! I hope you’ll take another look at the gorgeous Trimming the Town papers and see how you might make them the feature in your crafting.
On Sale!

I love this very sweet card, Kylie. Great job of creating a cozy, homey scene. I can almost smell the cookies coming out of the oven! Enjoy your weekend.
Thanks so much, Hilda! I really appreciate that! 🙂 Hope you have a great weekend too! 🙂
I love this! You’ve used that paper perfectly, girl! And that big wreath…gave me a smile and a memory popped. When our grandson was little and in the Boy Scouts, we’d buy a Christmas wreath every year from his troop. It was huge and looked much like this one. What a sweet card! Love this so much. Hope all is well and your numbers are down…ours are not…ugh! xoxoxo
Thanks so much, Bev! It really did all the work. 🙂 Oooh, that is such a sweet memory! How lovely! Our numbers are down -11 today but it was 5 the day before. So we are getting closer but it seems like it is going to take forever for us to return to “normal”. Sorry, your numbers are not good. I wish this would all go away…and I know I’m not the only one. hugs to you!
