Hi everyone, sometimes I buy a stamp set simply because it is cute. I don’t necessarily have a recipient or occasion in mind for using it. The Leave a Little Sparkle set is one of those stamp sets. It’s been sitting in my stash, unloved, for a couple of months now. I look at it occasionally but never pull it off the shelf. Yesterday my boss asked me if I had any cards in my collection (I keep some at work for people to buy) which had a unicorn on it. I didn’t but I said, give me the night and I’d make one. YAY!! So I sat down and finally used this cute set and I used the sample in the Annual Catalogue to give me a kick-start.
I used the Brights Stampin’ Write Markers to watercolour the mane and tail. Hasn’t it come up so prettily?! I had to finish it off with a coat of Wink of Stella to give it a pretty shimmer too.

I hope the recipient – a 5-year-old who loves unicorns – loves it! And, I can tell you I loved colouring this unicorn so much I now have another three cards on the go. Next time I am asked there WILL be a unicorn card in my stash.
